Privacy?
I was in the post office, sending DVD’s to some friends. All the pack were closed but the employee audaciously opened them, saw the content and even read what’s written!
I did not wonder, since I have already learned about this, but I just asked whether they respect privacy, he said “What?”.
I told: “According to the article 9 of the Tunisian Constitution, privacy of domicile and correspondance are granted unless in cases that the Law specifies. And as far as I know, I’m not supposed to be considered as criminal”.
He answered:
“Listen, my son (sic), even it’s not me who does this, my collegues deserve the full right of proceeding; you are sending packs to foreign countries, so how about there, can you complain? Security is above everything, and we have to check about illegal content!”
Thanks Mr. Bush! After the events of September 11th, we are all terrorists and we all can send bombs, nuclear, biologic and chemical arms! Who would think that the world has changed so much thanks to an idiot?

Security is a joke, we all know about that. Security is only useful to make an illusion of security.
It would be better if he only read the DVD’s title: he opened even the letters I wrote!
