Call flood

Is there any person in Tunisia who has never received annoying calls? My number does not make exception; although it’s hard to memorize, even for myself: it contains all digits that you don’t wish to have in your phone: 1, 9, 5, …
I don’t understand their psychology: at midnight, they compose a number randomly, they don’t wait till you answer, then, they compose again many times. You can end this annoyance by calling the caller (who is generally a boy, I wonder if a girl could do the same), if you are a woman, then give the phone to a male you know, else they won’t stop the torture.
A recent phenomena that is increasing as long as mobile phones are increasing as well, and nobody understands this strange attitude of teenagers; what do they win? This is not for stealing people, but to lose some of one’s phone credit.
Ridiculous!
