O’Reilly books may be redistributed?
I’m not really sure whether I am allowed to redistribute my electronic copies of O’Reilly books, however, I’m not sure if it’s forbidden!
According to the license that I find in most of O’Reilly books, there’s no line that prohibits the redistribution of the book, and there’s no legal threat, the only “serious” notice is
Copyright © 2006 O’Reilly Media, Inc. All rights reserved.
(…)
O’Reilly books may be purchased for educational, business, or sales promotional use.
May I mirror some books and publish them online? Is it a trap? Are there some hidden copyright warnings? Copyrights depend on the book?
I need a law specialist advice.
Thanks.

1- Je ne suis pas un spécialiste,
2- Je pense que, en absence d’une autorisation explicite de l’auteur/maison d’édition, tu n’as pas à utiliser ou redistribuer ses œuvres.

In law, whatever is not mentionned is legal, unless there’s a specification.
