O’Reilly books may be redistributed?

I’m not really sure whether I am allowed to redistribute my electronic copies of O’Reilly books, however, I’m not sure if it’s forbidden!
According to the license that I find in most of O’Reilly books, there’s no line that prohibits the redistribution of the book, and there’s no legal threat, the only “serious” notice is

O’Reilly books may be purchased for educational, business, or sales promotional use.

May I mirror some books and publish them online? Is it a trap? Are there some hidden copyright warnings? Copyrights depend on the book?
I need a law specialist advice.

    1- Je ne suis pas un spécialiste,

    2- Je pense que, en absence d’une autorisation explicite de l’auteur/maison d’édition, tu n’as pas à utiliser ou redistribuer ses œuvres.

    In law, whatever is not mentionned is legal, unless there’s a specification.
