More fun with Nostradamus prophecies
According to Nostradamus fans, the famous publisher of prophecies would have predicted an Intel Bug. Well, it’s funny, but can not be refuted.
He wrote the following
Aupres des portes & dedans deux citez
Seront deux fleaux, & onc n’apperceut VN TEL,
Faim, dedans peste, de fer hors gens boutez,
Crier secours au grand Dieu immortel
Translation:
Near the gates and inside two cities
Will be TWO FLAWS, and nobody noticed it [from] INTEL
Hunger, pest inside, by steel people thrown out
Cry for help to the great immortal God.
The gates refer to Bill Gates. VN TEL (The pronounciation is the similar as for Intel in French). Dedans means Inside (Intel inside). The Roman V is 5. and means 586; etc. etc.
The analyzer might be right, but it’s very difficult to convince someone who doesn’t believe it.
However, I found these lines more revelant:
Bêtes farouches de faim fleuves tranner;
Plus part du champ encore Hister sera,
En caige de fer le grand sera treisner,
Quand rien enfant de Germain observa. (II.24)
Translation:
Beasts wild with hunger will cross the rivers,
The greater part of the battle will be against Hitler.
He will cause great men to be dragged in a cage of iron,
When the son of Germany obeys no law.
No doubt that Hister would mean Hitler, approved by “The son of Germany”, the beasts are German soldiers, the rivers are the Danube, or may be the Volga (Stalingrad), …
Shall we believe? World is full of misteries…
