Moravians speak Czech, probably with a different accent than in Prague.
As for the agregator, Oth asked me when I was in Tunis whether it was possible to make an Algerian agregator; I told I could help as long as it is not for commercial purpose. The lack of interest lead us not to do anything.
Anyway, I would like to help you, but for the moment I don’t have a PC, so I can only suggest, not write scripts.
A standard solution is a PHP/MySQL based application called Feed on Feeds, which could be somehow used as the structure for your agregator.
Assuming that you have some PHP basics, start to download and play with the application, if any question, write an email.

De passage j’aimerai bien si tu m’aidera swobodin.j’aimerai bien installer un agregator sur mon blog.cette agregator consiste à affiché les derniers posts de bloggeurs qui sont sur mon sidebar mais j’arrive pas savoir ce qu’il faut faire et qui comme script faut installer pour avoir un agregator.il serai sympa de ta part de me montrer ce qu’il faut faire. je coyais que je connassais pas mal de chose en informatique mais en fait c’est faut.

Well, I have nothing against Bougarnine. It was a nice hike, although a torture, but funny.
Jilal, I will try to find out more about the city/country/people, however, the language is an obstacle, and that is one of the reasons for which I should learn it.
