All what he has is popular backing but he is not in the chain of decision making. The government is to blame in this case or to be more precise, the laws that would make the acts of a drunk swiss who is not even a tourist get him 75 years in jail because he threw paint at the king poster!!! The king is the first one to be against such laws. Besides he is not a dictator and doesn't rule the country. His effort to improve the Thai situation are tremendous. I love him too !
