MMM, I am drooling! That sounds so good. A few years ago I was in gruyere, and it was so great to eat this cheese where it came from, and to see the little castle and community that made it famous. As for Ceasar, can we then deduce from his name that he was the “ultimate big cheese?” Just kidding of course! Au fait je devrai repondre en francais, puisque j’en ai si rarement l’occasion.

Oh man, you remind me of the years I spent in Paris, I still smell the nasty roquefort. Here in the US, it is not allowed, they use artificial flavor and the blue is not from the rotten cheese, it is artificial ((
