Diplomatic Bazaar
Yesterday I went to Abu Nawas Hotel in Tunis, where took place the Diplomatic Bazaar, a kind of caritative expositions managed by foreign embassies where they sell local products.
The guest were Jean Pierre Raffarin, a French talkative demagogue who used to be prime minister. I personally don’t like that guy, but as long as he is out of politics, he’s welcome.

I could find out about other cultures, speak other languages, and have fun!
I bought a pinups butter from the stand of the United States, some traditional food from Lebanon, a Korean dish which consists of wild plants, quite good, althogh I did not understant which plants they have put ![]()
Comprei um café brasileiro; não bebo café mas não é todos os dias que encontro café deste pais.
También quise conseguir una botella de Santa Lucía argentina, pero …¡Che, caríssima!

I really enjoyed the Qatari rice, and mainly the Greek food: some meat with cheese, soda bottles and a peach jam for less than $2! Guess I have done a stock!
What I regret, is, due to the many people there, I could not approach the German, Russian, Canadian and Chinese stands. Anyway, I felt that I am a citizen of the World!
